HEMEX Laboratories has technologists available 24 hours a day, every day.

At HEMEX, we utilize an automated telephone attendant to answer and direct calls when the laboratory is closed. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm MST. The automated attendant will answer calls outside of these hours, and during times of a high volume of calls. To leave a message, enter the desired extension as soon as the attendant's message begins. Select members of our staff and departments have electronic mail for your convenience. Please remember that both telephone and email messages received on weekends and holidays may not be received until the following business day. All messages will be answered as soon as possible.
